REGULAR
MEMBERSHIP
Includes all privileges of the Club for each individual in
the Member’s immediate family (Member’s spouse, all unmarried children living
at home under the age of 23 and other qualified dependents). The Regular Membership
is a voting Membership with equity. | $2500 |

Includes all privileges of Regular Membership. The Company
Member is a voting member with equity and transferable upon payment of $100 transfer
fee. A Company Member is Responsible for all Company Associate indebtedness under
his or her Company membership.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP
Includes privileges of the class(es) chosen, including
family. The Company Associate Membership belongs to the company and is a non-voting
Membership. Membership is transferable upon payment of a $100 Transfer Fee. |

JUNIOR
MEMBERSHIP
Includes all privileges of the Club. But is a non-voting, non-equity
Membership. If a Family Membership is granted,both spouses must be under 40 years
of age. Once either spouse turns 40 years old, this membership must be upgraded
to a Regular or Company Membership to retain Golf privileges; Junior Members may
also downgrade to an Athletic or Social Membership. |

Includes clubhouse privileges, pool, tennis and
use of the fitness center. The Social-Athletic Membership is a non-voting, non-equity
